Chinese Massage is Traditional Chinese Massage which uses acupressure to redirect the flow of Qi, or energy, in the body, realigning the bones and muscles for optimal alignment with various hand techniques in the areas between each of the joints, known as the eight gates, to attempt to open the body’s defensive (wei) chi and get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles.
It can be done with/without normal oil depending on your personal preference.
